Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead production team members across assigned shifts. Monitor and maintain quality control procedures and food safety protocols. ... Plan, schedule, and assign daily production activities to ensure deadlines and efficiency targets are met. Address and resolve employee and product issues in a timely manner.
