Shift Hours Monday•Friday 2:30 PM•11:00 PM About QEM Inc. Mazak CNC Lathes Mazak CNC Machining Centers Haas CNC Machining Centers Wire EDM Equipment Laser Marking Systems Industrial 3D Printing Equipment Position Summary This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for supervising second shift manufacturing operations while actively participating in machine setup if needed, troubleshooting production issues, verifying quality, and supporting production activities. The successful candidate will lead a team of approximately 5-15 employees and must be capable of leading by example in a fast-paced job shop manufacturing environment. Qualifications Minimum 10 years of job shop manufacturing experience Proven supervisory and leadership experience Strong CNC machining and setup background Programming knowledge and troubleshooting experience Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings Inspection and quality verification experience Knowledge of
