We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee 75-100 production employees alongside two other Production Supervisors. This role involves employee management including hiring, firing, training, and coaching, as well as leading improvement projects related to documentation, safety, and production. You may also be required to support the production team with mechanical and electrical tasks. Responsibilities Oversee a team of 75-100 production employees. Collaborate with two other Production Supervisors. Manage employee life cycle processes such as hiring, firing, training, and coaching. Lead and participate in improvement projects focused on documentation, safety, and production. Provide hands-on support to the production team, including mechanical and electrical duties when necessary. Proficiency in process improvement and continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma. Ability to work effectively through interpersonal skills with employees. Experience with Microsoft Office suite, Power BI, and ERP systems. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and operations.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $90000.00/yr. benefits platform that includes 10 paid holidays annually, vacation, sick time, a 401 (k) with employer match, flexible work scheduling, and a significantly positive culture!
