Sheet Metal Foreman Location:
Central Florida COR3 Mechanical is looking for a dependable Sheet Metal Foreman to lead field installation crews on commercial HVAC projects. This position is for someone who understands ductwork, jobsite coordination, crew leadership, and getting work installed correctly, safely, and on schedule. The Sheet Metal Foreman will be responsible for laying out work, directing installers, coordinating with project managers and other trades, tracking material needs, and making sure the crew has what they need to keep the job moving. This role requires someone who can read plans, communicate clearly, solve problems in the field, and take ownership of the work being performed. Responsibilities Lead and organize sheet metal crews in the field Install and oversee commercial ductwork, supports, accessories, and related HVAC components Review drawings and plan daily work activities Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and other trades Track manpower, materials, tools, and jobsite progress Maintain quality workmanship and safe working conditions Identify issues early and communicate them before they become delays Help train and guide installers and helpers Qualifications Commercial sheet metal / HVAC ductwork experience Prior foreman or crew lead experience preferred Ability to read plans and understand field layout Strong communication and leadership skills Reliable, organized, and able to keep crews productive Valid driver's license preferred What We're Looking For We want someone who takes pride in clean work, leads by example, and understands that a good foreman keeps the job moving while protecting quality, safety, and schedule.
