Job Title Manufacturing Supervisor Position Location Miami Gardens Pay/hours for position $21 to $24/HR Requirements of position Qualifications Bilingual English and Spanish Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field preferred 3-4 years of experience in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing (solid dosage, liquids, or similar) Prior leadership or supervisory experience required Strong knowledge of GMP/cGMP, FDA regulations, and documentation practices Experience with batch records, SOPs, and deviation investigations Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills Strong communication and team leadership abilities Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing activities to meet production schedules and output targets Ensure strict adherence to c

regulations, and company quality standards Monitor production processes and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and maintain efficiency Lead, train, and develop production staff, including performance management and coaching Review batch records, production documentation, and ensure accuracy and compliance Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Maintenance teams to resolve deviations and implement corrective actions Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by enforcing company safety policies and procedures Track KPIs such as yield, efficiency, downtime, and labor utilization Support audits and inspections (internal and external) Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, etc.) The JobSquad Solutions Team is made up of experts around the country.
