We are dedicated to delivering high-quality products and exceptional craftsmanship to our clients. We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Cabinet Shop Foreman to lead our woodworking team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations in our cabinet manufacturing shop, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, accurately, and to the highest standards. Your leadership will drive productivity, uphold safety protocols, and maintain quality control throughout the fabrication process. Experience Proven experience in carpentry with a focus on cabinetry or woodworking projects Experience building cabinets (highly valued in customized cabinets) Understands/Interprets cabinets designs, engineering and build. Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or restoration environment is preferred Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and assembly equipment efficiently Demonstrated leadership skills in a manufacturing or construction environment with heavy lifting and safety oversight.
