You will be the Manufacturing Supervisor for the Sensors and Integration Test Center. Our team is the Corporation's Center of Excellence for Electro-Optical and Infrared Fire Control Sensor Systems. This is where we perform final assembly, integration and test on our sensor systems. What You Will Be Doing We are seeking a dynamic leader for the Supervisor role, responsible for guiding and mentoring a team of union-represented mechanical, electrical, and optical assemblers. This role focuses on composite, paint, assembly bonding, and testing processes, and is essential to achieving our team's goals of quality, efficiency, and innovation. Must have strong communication written and oral; build effective relationships; and ability to resolve conflict. Must be able to work in a fast paced, flexible environment, including overtime periods, as needed. Basic Qualifications:
Completed bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Microsoft office suite experience. Prior leadership/management experience Must be a U.S. citizen and have the ability to obtain a security clearance
Desired Skills:
Degree focus in industrial, mechanical, or electrical engineering, or other degree major with relevant experience Demonstrated leadership competencies consistent with the tenets of Full Spectrum Leadership Experience with tracking and managing cost, quality, and schedule, in a manufacturing environment Experience working and leading in a union environment Performance Management Team experience Familiarity with lean manufacturing techniques

Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
