Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing operations on the factory floor. In this vital role, you will oversee daily production activities, ensure safety standards are upheld, and drive efficiency across the assembly line. Your leadership will inspire teams to meet quality benchmarks and production goals while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Responsibilities Supervise daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production schedules are met efficiently and safely Coordinate with team members to optimize assembly line processes, utilizing hand tools and power tools effectively Monitor quality control standards and implement corrective actions when necessary Lead, motivate, and train production staff to uphold safety protocols and operational procedures Manage warehouse activities related to raw materials and finished goods, including forklift operations when required Conduct routine inspections of equipment and machinery, troubleshooting mechanical issues as they arise Enforce safety regulations, conduct safety meetings, and maintain compliance with industry standards Qualifications Proven factory experience in a manufacturing environment with hands-on assembly line knowledge Mechanical aptitude with familiarity using hand tools and power tools for maintenance or troubleshooting Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts within a warehouse or factory setting Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent communication skills to effectively lead teams and coordinate with other departments Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality assurance practices, and safety regulations Prior experience working with warehouse operations or logistics is preferred Join us to lead a dedicated team in delivering high-quality products while fostering a safe, efficient, and engaging work environment.
