This role is responsible for driving daily production results through strong leadership, effective communication, employee development, and a hands-on approach to managing workflow, quality, and safety. Your leadership will drive the team's success in delivering exceptional custom print apparel. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and motivate production employees to achieve daily production goals Enforce company policies, procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new team members Develop employees through coaching, performance management, accountability, and growth opportunities Monitor workflow, equipment performance, and production schedules to ensure efficiency and product quality Identify production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and maintain productivity Collaborate with department leads across Screen Printing, DTF, Embroidery, Fulfillment, and Warehouse operations to prioritize workloads and meet customer deadlines Schedule and assign personnel based on production demands and staffing needs Track daily production performance and communicate results to management Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment focused on accountability, quality, and continuous improvement Maintain a safe, clean, and organized production facility Qualifications Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate expectations, process changes, and performance goals Previous supervisory experience in a production, manufacturing, printing, custom apparel, fulfillment Experience managing employee performance, coaching team members, and developing staff Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve production and workflow challenges quickly Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments to achieve company objectives Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to assist on the production floor when needed Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the facility for extended periods Ability to occasionally lift and move materials weighing up to 30 pounds Preferred Minimum of two years of supervisory or leadership experience Experience in screen printing, DTF printing, embroidery, apparel decoration, promotional products, fulfillment, or related production operations Experience scheduling production work, assigning priorities, and tracking daily production metrics Knowledge of quality control procedures, workplace safety standards, and process improvement initiatives Experience working in a high-volume production environment with strict customer deadlines Why Join LogoUp | AllDayShirts.com | RJ Roberts & Co.?
