Lead Line Supervisor

M-F Work Schedule Shift Hours:

6am-230pm

Summary Description:

The Team Lead helps the Supervisor lead the plant associate workforce in the execution of the daily schedule. They will learn how to operate the palletizer, program the bagging weights, do pre-production checklist, ensure all quality standards are met, and communicate with the control room.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensures all plant operations meet or exceed all applicable standards and regulations for safety, environmental control, and regulatory compliance. Quality checks Changing over products Tracks and monitors production and process reliability, quality, and cost results and communicates them effectively to line associates and plant management. Make sure production paperwork matches. Executes work process improvements including equipment, systems, and work processes that deliver target safety, product quality and reliability results. Leads plant associates. Maintains all relevant operational documentation (Downtime and production reports, LOGS, records, etc.) for the plant's processes. Operate sit-down forklift as needed
