Duct Mechanic Foreman - Tampa

Project Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Duct Mechanic Foreman. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical systems and be capable of working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, supervise, and coordinate a team of sheet metal workers on job sites. Ensure workers follow safety procedures, adhere to company standards, and meet project deadlines.

Qualifications:

Knowledge:

Supervision level safety knowledge, OSHA 10/30 preferred Journeyman knowledge of the trade and corresponding trade impacts Moderate understanding of project budgets and man loaded schedules

Skills :

Journeyman level ability to install sheet metal Read, understand and execute CM/GC schedules and develop a trade specific project schedule Material handling and management

Requirements :

5 + years of experience in installation of different duct (rectangle, spiral, oval, flex, etc.) Material scheduling and site management Assemble fiberglass and sheet metal ductwork Measure, size, cut, and apply duct insulation Must have ALL tools required for the trade Strong working knowledge of job site safety•OSHA 10 preferred Must be able to pass background and drug test Must have OWN reliable transportation
