Established in 2002, we are a trusted provider for Florida's theme park industry, handling structural and cosmetic repairs for some of the largest parks in the country. Our skilled team delivers high-quality craftsmanship for a variety of projects, including boats, RVs, architectural elements, and themed attractions. As an affiliate of the Ralph S. Alberts Company, we take pride in offering innovative solutions and reliable services both on-site and in our shop. We are seeking a Fiberglass Fabrication Manager to lead production across fiberglass fabrication, CNC machining, fiberglass/composite manufacturing, and painting/finishing. This role is responsible for driving performance, developing team members, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This position plays a key role in building a strong shop culture. The right candidate will bring a balance of technical knowledge, leadership presence, and accountability, while keeping teams aligned, engaged, and focused on results in a fast-paced, high demand environment. Key Responsibilities Fiberglass Production Leadership & Coordination Oversee all active production across fiberglass fabrication, CNC, and finishing operations Build and manage production schedules to meet deadlines and customer expectations Coordinate workflow between departments to ensure smooth job progression Allocate labor, equipment, and priorities to maintain efficiency Identify and remove bottlenecks that impact output or timelines Participate in weekly planning and align production with company goals Operate effectively in a high-pressure environment with shifting priorities and deadlines Quality & Technical Oversight Ensure all work meets internal and customer quality standards Oversee fiberglass fabrication, machining, surface prep, coating, and finishing processes Drive consistency in workmanship across all departments Reduce rework and defects through clear processes and accountability Lead root cause problem solving and corrective actions when issues arise Provide technical guidance on fiberglass processes including hand lay-up, open molding/chop, and closed molding methods Team Leadership & Development Lead, coach, and support production leads and team members daily Clearly communicate expectations, priorities, and performance standards Hold team members accountable while fostering a respectful, team-first environment Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of team members Build a culture centered on safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement Foster collaboration across departments to ensure overall project success Safety & Work Environment Promote and enforce a strong safety culture across all production areas Ensure proper PPE use and adherence to safety procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and professional shop environment Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to improve workflow, efficiency, and output Support standardization of fiberglass fabrication and production processes Improve visibility into production through better tracking and communication Drive initiatives that reduce waste and increase overall performance Qualifications Experience in fiberglass fabrication, composite manufacturing, or industrial production environment Strong knowledge of fiberglass fabrication processes, CNC machining, and paint/finishing operations Hands-on experience with hand lay-up, open molding/chop, and closed molding processes such as vacuum infusion and RTM Proven experience leading production teams in a shop or manufacturing setting Hands-on leadership style with willingness to step in and support production when needed Strong ability to manage schedules, workflow, and multiple active projects Ability to perform and lead in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment Strong collaboration skills across departments and functions Experience reading drawings, specifications, and production requirements Why Join Us?
