3rd Shift Packaging Supervisor Tampa, FL (On-site) Lonza Tampa is seeking a 3rd Packaging Supervisor to lead daily operations within the packaging department, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient production. What you will do Lead, coach, and direct packaging team members to ensure alignment with procedures, processes, and cGMP expectations. Manage day‑to‑day operations and maintenance of the packaging facility to uphold production efficiency. Review production schedules and collaborate with the Master Scheduler to support accurate documentation and timely issue resolution. Conduct and close quality event investigations, ensuring strong compliance and documentation practices. Hire, mentor, and develop employees to build a skilled, engaged packaging team. Deliver hands‑on technical and cGMP training directly on the shop floor. Coordinate indirect material purchases and manage overtime to meet operational needs. What we are looking for Experience in a cGMP pharmaceutical manufacturing environment (minimum 6 years, preferably with oral solid dosage). Proven leadership capabilities with experience supervising or directing teams. Strong understanding of good manufacturing practices and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and documentation abilities. High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
