Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Fabrication Supervisor to lead our manufacturing team in producing high-quality metal components and assemblies. In this role, you will oversee daily fabrication operations, ensure adherence to safety standards, and maintain production efficiency. Your expertise in welding, sheet metal work, structural and mechanical fabrication will drive the success of our projects. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate fabrication activities on-site, ensuring projects meet quality standards and deadlines Oversee welding processes including
MIG, TIG, FCAW
(Flux-Cored Arc Welding), and <

> welding, ensuring compliance with ASME codes & standards Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide fabrication and assembly tasks Operate and maintain fabrication equipment such as press brake machines, hydraulic shear, and pipe roller, horizontal band saws Utilize hand tools, power tools, calipers, micrometers, and schematics to execute precise measurements and fabrication tasks Manage rigging, forklift handling, and mechanical assembly to facilitate smooth workflow Enforce safety protocols related to construction site activities, welding operations, rigging, and equipment use Qualifications Proven welding and fabrication experience with a strong understanding of a variety of fabrication processes in a manufacturing or construction environment Skilled in MIG welding, TIG welding, FCAW, <
LOCATION
> welding; certification preferred Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment Knowledge of ASME codes & standards related to metal fabrication and welding practices Structural knowledge including steel fitting, mag drilling, torch cutting and building according to shop drawings. Experience in rigging equipment, strapping, handling heavy objects safely on-site or in manufacturing settings Basic math skills for measurements and calculations required during fabrication tasks Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively while maintaining a focus on safety and quality standards Searching for someone with at least 10 years of experience in a fabrication setting Join us as a Fabrication Supervisor where your expertise will shape innovative projects!
