Shift Supervisor:
Sunday-Thursday 11PM-7AM or Monday-Friday 3PM-11PM Pay Rate for the
Shift Supervisor:
$38.50/hr Responsibilities of the
Shift Supervisor:
Ensure that production schedules are met while maintaining quality standards. Monitor production processes to optimize efficiency and reduce waste. Address any production issues or challenges that arise during the shift promptly. Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all team members adhere to safety guidelines. Conduct regular safety inspections and address any safety concerns promptly. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including OSHA and company policies. Monitor product quality throughout the production process and take corrective actions as needed. Manage execution of SAP work order moves to QA and Stock. Analyze and schedule production SAP work order confirmations. Other duties assigned. Qualifications for the
Shift Supervisor:
High school diploma. Prefer working knowledge of cable assembly. Efficient computer skills. Strong mathematical skills. Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively in English. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Willingness to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams). Familiarity with SAP or other ERP/MRP systems.
