Production Supervisor

Primary Duties:

Supervise the performance of, provide mentoring to and management of the Granulation Operations crew Supervise operations on routine maintenance of equipment Must be able to work a rotating shift Provide Safety Leadership, ensure compliance with all safety and workplace standards and procedures by conducting safety training, on the job training and training new employees Operate a shift in a manner as to comply with Plant KPI focus of Safety, Reliability, Cost Control and Growth. Steward to the 4 Key Safety Principles Work closely with Maintenance Departments to utilize available equipment and material, safely and efficiently, in order to meet daily production goals Compliance with all Safety, Environmental and Operation Provide leadership, supervision and planning to achieve all plant operating objectives Ensure compliance with all internal and external EH&S requirements Monitor plant activities and trends, including production costs, productivity and efficiency Oversee quality control, including establishing standards and maintaining records for efficiency and quality achievement as well as continuous improvement Assist in short and long range planning of operational activities Supervise and participate in the employee management activities of all employees Optimize and coordinate work during plant outages. Recommends equipment changes and revisions to production methods for the reduction of cost, improvement of quality or control of loss

$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
