We're looking for a driven Mechanical Construction HVAC Superintendent to join our team and help lead field operations on complex builds. If you have a strong background in HVAC systems, experience managing field crews, and are ready to take on a leadership role in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Oversee the installation of HVAC systems on commercial construction sites. Manage daily job site activities, schedules, and subcontractor coordination. Supervise and support HVAC crews, ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and mechanical plans. Act as the on-site point of contact for clients, project managers, and vendors. Solve field challenges quickly and effectively to keep projects on track. Monitor and enforce site safety protocols and OSHA compliance. What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience as an HVAC Foreman (pipefitting, sheet metal, or technician roles). Proficient in blueprint and schematic reading. Solid understanding of hydronic and duct systems . Strong scheduling and job coordination skills. Experience with project management software (Fieldwire, Procore, Autodesk). Excellent communication and leadership skills.
