Full Job Description SUMMARY:

This position oversees a single department. Responsible to act in accordance with the policies set forth inthe Macuch Steel Employee Handbook. Daily responsibilities include maximize production, minimize cost, manage personnel, advance information flow, promote safety and assure atop-quality end product.

QUALIFICATIONS

EXPERIENCE

Two -or more years' experience in shop floor production, specifically with structural steel ideally. One year or more experience as foreman or supervisor. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Experience with CNC and manual machine operation. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
