Position Overview The Production Supervisor (Second Shift) plays a critical leadership role in driving the success of evening operations within the production department. This position ensures that production runs smoothly and efficiently, while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork. The Supervisor is expected to lead by example, support cross-functional collaboration, and promote continuous improvement initiatives that align with Catalyst Nutraceuticals' high standards for quality and operational excellence. Duties and Responsibilities Oversee all plant operations during second shift hours, ensuring production goals, safety protocols, and quality standards are consistently met. Coordinate the activities of subordinate supervisory staff, providing leadership and direction to ensure departmental efficiency and compliance. Ensure all employees adhere to GMPs, safety standards, company policies, and regulatory agency procedures at all times. Take corrective action as needed and provide coaching, training, and support to staff to drive continuous improvement and accountability. Coordinate with the maintenance department to ensure equipment is operating efficiently and safely. Monitor the work environment to maintain a safe and organized facility for all team members. Conduct and lead departmental and supervisory meetings to communicate procedural changes, updates, and expectations. Ensure all shifts receive adequate and consistent training on processes and safety protocols. Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish (verbal and written) with staff at all levels. Generate and submit production reports and other required documentation in a timely manner. Attend staff meetings and participate in cross-functional collaboration as required. Experience:
