This is a Temp/Contract job. Apply now!
Duties for this position include:
Build a positive work environment through clear communication Schedule and assign direct and indirect employees Monitor production cycle times and processes Assist with processing, troubleshooting, and technical repairs Ensure employees follow standard work instructions and procedures Promote company goals and performance standards Identify and document issues related to product, process, and quality systems Initiate corrective actions to prevent nonconformities Control handling and disposition of nonconforming product Communicate company objectives clearly to employees Validate production paperwork and data entry Lead and support on-the-job training programs Conduct and document team meetings Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Track and maintain goals and action plans Compensation (USD): $28.00•$30.00/hour (depending on experience)
Schedule:
Monday•Friday 7:00 a.m.•3:00 p.m. Saturday and some Sundays required Successful candidates must meet the following requirements: Degree preferred or equivalent manufacturing experience
IATF 16949
awareness training preferred Quality systems training preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Experience supervising employees in a manufacturing environment Ability to troubleshoot and support technical processes Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 30 lbs Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
