Summary:
The Supervisor leads the department to achieve high quality results with efficient processes and productive employees.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Ensure employees are well trained and highly productive Collaborate with colleagues regarding waste, maintenance, quality, etc. Maintain minimal waste Keep daily production records Complete daily shift reports; verify and approve employee time Encourage and maintain a safe working environment Performance Expectations (if applicable): Previous managerial experience in manufacturing or industry-related field preferred High school diploma or GED preferred Sufficient technical knowledge of equipment Frequent lifting, standing, reaching, and bending are required throughout the shift
