Taylor Corporation is looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee our second shift production teams. In this role, you will lead shift operations across a fast-paced production environment, helping ensure the right staffing, communication, workflow, and quality controls are in place to support daily output and customer commitments. This position requires a hands-on leader who can keep work moving, communicate clearly across departments, respond quickly to production issues, and support a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.Work Authorization:

2nd Shift; Monday - Thursday, 2:00pm - 12:30amYour Responsibilities:
Ensure staffing levels are sufficient for all daily print requirements and projects that are due each day Provide nightly updates on the progress of production areas Report all issues and delays by email directly to the Production Manager and the CSR responsible for the account to ensure communication is documented Review Production TOS Boards, including audit schedule, cleaning schedule, monthly A4, and updated metrics Ensure all print devices are passing G7 color management standards at the beginning of each shift Ensure all production departments are clean and put back in order at the end of each shift Attend afternoon production meetings Review all upcoming projects and be proactive in communication around concerns and follow-up actions Ensure all large digital orders have first-sheet signoff before the project beginsYou Must Have:
Ability to read, interpret, and decipher general written instructions from documents such as work orders, parts orders, safety regulations, operating procedures, or other job specific written documents Ability to speak and communicate effectively with fellow employees Ability to perform basic mathematical functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form Prior leadership experience Digital print experience Understanding of color substrateWe Would Also Prefer:
