Manufacturing Warehouse Supervisor

What You'll Do:

Lead and supervise the shipping department, receiving department, and forklift line drivers. Works with the ERP (IQMS) to pull orders, print pick tickets, confirm orders and print all accompanying documentation. Partner with customer service team to meet order fulfillment goals and proactively resolve issues. Collaborate with purchasing to plan and manage inbound raw materials and container deliveries. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and housekeeping standards, taking corrective action when needed. Manage forklift certification, re-certification, and safety training. Coordinate with external vendors for forklift maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance (PMs)

Required Skills/Abilities:

High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred. Strong knowledge of warehouse, shipping, and receiving operations. Experience supervising teams in a manufacturing or distribution environment. Working knowledge of forklift operations and safety standards. Experience with ERP systems (IQMS preferred), RF scanning, and Microsoft Office. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
