Production Supervisor - 2nd shift

We are seeking a motivated and experienced 2nd shift Production Supervisor to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, leading production staff, and ensuring high-quality welding and fabrication processes in a fast-paced environment.

Macon, GA / 2nd shift

Requirements What You'll Do:

Supervise and lead production employees to meet daily and weekly manufacturing goals Oversee welding operations, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency standards are met Train, coach, and develop team members to improve performance and productivity Monitor workflow, staffing, and production schedules to optimize output Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and ISO standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams including quality, engineering, and management Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain product quality Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to team members

Who You Are:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred Strong background in welding and fabrication processes Proven experience in employee management, supervision, or team leadership Familiarity with ISO standards and quality systems preferred Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
