The supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of six (6) assembly line employees, ensuring production efficiency, output, and quality standards are consistently achieved. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate daily activities of the subassembly team. Drive production efficiency, output, and quality standards. Train, coach, and motivate team members for peak performance. Support warehouse operations, including shipping & receiving when needed. Manage parts supply, movement, and staging for production. Oversee handling of finished parts and ensure proper storage/flow. Operate forklifts and material handling equipment as required. Promote a safe, organized, and collaborative work environment. Qualifications 2+ years supervisory experience in assembly, production, or manufacturing (auto industry preferred). Strong understanding of assembly line processes and quality control. Proven leadership and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced 3PL warehouse environment. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office; ERP/WMS a plus). Forklift operation experience required (minimum 1 year) Familiarity with pallet jacks, or similar equipment Working Conditions Warehouse and production floor environment. May require standing for extended periods and handling automotive parts. Full-time schedule with potential overtime based on production needs.
