S ummaryPlan, direct, and Manage the work activities and resources necessary for manufacturing products in accordance with the customers' requirements. While ensuring a safe and productive work enviro nment. Responsib ilitiesDevelop budgets and approve expenditures for supplies, materials, and human resources; ensuring that materials, labor and equipment are used efficiently to meet production t argets.
Review processing schedules and production orders to make decisions concerning inventory requirements, staffing requirements, work procedures, and duty assignments, considering budgetary limitations and time const raints.
Hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff, and resolve personnel complaints in keeping with company policy.
Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, maintenance, and other operational reports, to detect production pr oblems. E ducationFour-year degree in technical or business discipline with 2-5 years Management experience or 8-10 years management or supervisory exp erience.
