The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a foreman, with the ability to lead the crew and maintain accuracy and efficiency. The foreman should have experience with running mass grading on industrial sites and be able to understand plans and communicate well with their crew, supervisor, and other co-workers. The top priority of the foreman should be to maintaining a clean, organized work area and adhering to all safety regulations. The foreman should possess great teaching and coaching skills for crew members and any potential new hires. The foreman should work collaboratively and be a great team player. Skills Proven experience working as a grading foreman leading a grading crew. Previous construction site experience is essential for understanding site dynamics and safety practices. Ability to work effectively in a team environment while communicating clearly with colleagues. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in executing tasks safely and efficiently.
