Production Supervisor

Job Title:

Warehouse Supervisor We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for a chemical manufacturing facility to oversee first-shift production operations. Prior manufacturing supervisory experience is required; experience in a chemical manufacturing environment is preferred but not mandatory. Responsibilities Manage the production schedule for the designated shift. Allocate resources effectively, ensuring employees meet safety and production goals. Schedule work to ensure priorities and customer demands are fulfilled. Collaborate with and develop employees in their roles. Create training schedules for new hires and existing employees for cross-training purposes. Communicate performance expectations clearly with employees. Understand and adhere to business operating procedures. Essential Skills Expertise in logistics, inventory, and warehouse management. Supervision skills, including shipping and receiving. Experience in shipping supervision and warehouse operations. Proficiency with RF scanners and inventory control. Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous supervisory experience. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating procedures, and manuals. High school diploma. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High level of safety awareness and precaution. Capability to meet workload demands and timeframes. Physical ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Suwanee, GA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
