We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to oversee our manufacturing extrusion processes and ensure efficiency and quality output.

Production Supervisor duties include:

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day production activities Monitor and improve extrusion production processes Train and develop production team members Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Manage inventory and production schedules Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role Experience in a manufacturing or production environment Strong leadership and communication skills Experience with continuous improvement initiatives Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure Knowledge of extrusion operation Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control standards If you have the necessary skills and experience to excel in this role, we encourage you to apply and join our dynamic team! #IND2 #ZR
