Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented
NIGHT SHIFT FABRICATING SUPERVISOR
to lead our manufacturing team during overnight hours. In this role, you will oversee the fabrication process within our manufacturing facility, ensuring that production runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Your leadership will drive quality standards, coordinate daily operations, and motivate team members to meet production goals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to supervise a skilled team in a fast-paced environment, emphasizing safety, precision, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all fabricating activities during the night shift, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Lead and motivate a team of fabricators, assembly line workers, and operators to meet daily production targets. Monitor the use of hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and other equipment to ensure proper operation and safety compliance. Assign tasks efficiently across the manufacturing floor, optimizing workflow and minimizing downtime. Conduct regular inspections of machinery, tools, and work areas to maintain high safety and quality standards. Collaborate with maintenance teams to address mechanical issues promptly and prevent production delays. Maintain accurate shift reports, production logs, incident reports, and safety documentation. Requirements Proven factory experience in a manufacturing facility environment with supervisory responsibilities preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge related to fabrication processes and equipment operation. Hands-on experience with assembly lines, hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and warehouse procedures. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team during night shifts. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices within a manufacturing setting. Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues quickly and effectively. Prior experience working with assembly or fabrication teams is highly desirable. Join us as a
