EZ Junk Removal LLC is building a high-performance drywall cleanup crew for active construction sites, and I'm looking for a rare type of person to join it. This opportunity is for someone athletic, trustworthy, competitive, highly motivated, and capable of working at a very high pace while maintaining excellent quality. We are a premium service company with 5-star Google reviews because we move fast, communicate well, and perform at a high level consistently. THE OPPORTUNITY

Most hourly jobs reward people the same regardless of output. We do not operate that way. Starting pay is $25/hr, but compensation increases based on performance, efficiency, reliability, speed, competence, and the crew's ability to complete jobs at a high level. The people who consistently perform well here will have the opportunity to earn substantially more over time and move into leadership positions as the company grows. One person from this crew will eventually move into a project lead role. If you are highly capable and motivated, this is designed to become a serious opportunity — not just another labor job.
