Inspection Coordinator (Day Shift)

Description Do you want to be part of a winning, growing, and innovative company? FlexXray is looking for an Operations Coordinator in the Nampa area. The operations Coordinator is a liaison between operations and Plant leaders. Ops Admin will assist the Production Supervisor in the following duties included but no limited to: Key Responsibilities Review the instructions for each project and communicate those to the line leads. Verify the quantities of each pallet received and their rejections. Complete the Inspection Report in the system and send it to the Customer Service team once it is complete and reviewed. Place a placard on the first pallet and last pallet for each project. Any other duty assigned by the Production Supervisor. Experience in Excel, Outlook, and other programs. Must be able to comply with GMP's and General Health & Safety. Other duties assigned by management. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Strong attention to detail. Strong organization skills Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office). Must have excellent communication skills. Bilingual English/Spanish. Must have a sense of urgency.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. Must be able to bend, twist, grab, pull, push, reach, walk and sit. Ability to lift up to 40lbs. Foreign material contamination is a prevalent risk—one of the top three leading causes of food recalls in the United States—and if you aren't planning accordingly, it'll quickly turn into an issue that can impact your ability to meet customer needs and production quotas, place a strain on current raw ingredients supply and create a range of other issues. We use customized processes and state-of-the-art X-ray technology to find foreign material contaminants in food, beverage and lifestyle products. The types of contaminants we're able to find include Metal, Glass Particle, Stone, Bone, Plastic, Rubber Casket Material, Wood, and more.
