Shop Helper

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shop Helper to join our manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will assist with a variety of shop floor tasks, supporting skilled technicians and operators to ensure smooth production processes. Your energetic approach and willingness to learn will contribute to maintaining a safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing environment. Duties Assit with keeping the floor clear and orgnaized. Help load, unload, and organize sheet metal, tooling, and fabrication materials safely using forklifts and cranes when certified Prepare materials for machining processes by following blueprints and technical drawings accurately Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency on the shop floor Assist with basic machine maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and ensuring proper operation of equipment such as press brakes and stamping presses Experience Ability to perform basic math calculations relevant to machining and fabrication tasks Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety Time Management Join us as a Shop Helper where your enthusiasm fuels our productivity!
