Position is not eligible for sponsorship A rapidly growing global food manufacturing organization is seeking a Production Manager to help lead one of its largest U.S. manufacturing operations located in the western Chicago suburbs. This individual will serve as a key operational leader supporting a large-scale, high-output production environment operating 24x6. The ideal candidate will have strong food manufacturing leadership experience, bilingual Spanish/English communication skills, and the ability to lead frontline production teams in a fast-paced environment with a heavy operational floor presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily food production operations in a high-volume manufacturing facility Drive safety, quality, labor efficiency, and production KPI performance Supervise and develop frontline production leadership and hourly teams Partner cross-functionally with maintenance, quality, warehouse, and planning teams Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, FDA, and USDA standards Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
Qualifications:
Food manufacturing leadership experience required Bilingual Spanish/English required Experience leading large production teams in fast-paced manufacturing environments Strong operational leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Flexible to support rotating schedules and occasional Saturdays This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, growing global manufacturer with strong long-term advancement potential.
