Production Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Production Supervisor to join a growing food manufacturing team in Bartlett. This role is responsible for leading daily production operations, driving efficiency, and ensuring high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment focused on stuffed peppers and olives. Production Supervisor Responsibilities Manage and supervise all daily production activities to ensure smooth, efficient operations Create, adjust, and execute production plans and schedules to meet output targets Monitor employee performance, productivity, and product quality to ensure consistency and efficiency Train and develop production staff on proper techniques, emphasizing speed, accuracy, and presentation Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards (GMP, HACCP) Supervise employees across multiple production areas, ensuring workflow coordination and teamwork Maintain accurate inventory records Complete daily production reports and documentation with a high level of accuracy Prepare products according to approved recipes and specifications

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm

Pay:

$27/hr.

Production Worker Requirements:

Previous experience in food manufacturing and production supervision Strong leadership and team management skills Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards Ability to work in a fast-paced, cold, production-driven environment Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
