Production Supervisor

Position:

Production Supervisor Adecco Staffing is currently assisting a local client in hiring a Production Supervisor in Bloomington, IL. This is a contract job that lasts 4 months. We are looking for an ideal candidate with 5+ years of supervisor experience with a manufacturing background. Available Shifts

• 2nd shift and Some Saturdays
• 3rd shift and Some Saturdays Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the team members on the production lines
• Oversee daily manufacturing operations
• Supervise, train, mentor, and discipline production staff
• Report to the Production Manager
• Ensure production goals are met efficiently and within quality standards
• Ensure that supplies and equipment are available and utilized to perform production tasks effectively
• Apply established criteria to resource management on production lines
• Manage conflicts between the team members, lead disciplinary meetings, and recommend disciplinary measures to the HR
• Provide measures to reduce the number of employees' absences
• Provide measures to avoid incidents in the workplace
• Work with HR to select personnel and provide evaluation for the new hires Preferred Background
• 5 years of supervisor or management experience
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Familiarity with machinery, production processes, and safety protocols.
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Strong team management and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Problem-Solving:

Ability to troubleshoot operational issues quickly.

• Familiarity with SAP ERP software
• Familiarity with

Microsoft Office Pay Details:
