division is currently seeking a Production Supervisor 1st Shift. This is a full time, on-site position based at our Carol Stream, IL manufacturing facility. The Production Supervisor will supervise and organize the daily manufacturing operations of Eaton Power Connections in Carol Stream, IL. To ensure consistent quality, productivity, safety and 5S in the production environment. This position will lead, motivate and assign responsibility to fellow team members and work to continuously improve the department operations while managing the cost and equipment utilization. Core Hours:
5AM-3:30PM The expected annual salary range for this role is $71000 - $105000 a year. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Eaton announced, on January 26, 2026, the intent to separate its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) into an independent, publicly traded company. We expect to complete the separation by the end of the first quarter of 2027. The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eaton's plans, programs and practices. If you are offered and accept this position and are actively employed by the Mobility Group when the spinoff closes, the new company will provide further details to employees concerning compensation and benefits at that time. What you'll do: Directly supervise the stamping operation on shift assigned, including but not limited to: presses, auxiliary equipment, and qualified personnel to ensure that internal and external customer product quality and delivery requirements are met. Communicate effectively with Quality, Tooling, Warehouse, and other departments to ensure internal and customer requirements are met. Lead troubleshooting tooling, material, or other issues that interrupt production efficiency. Coordinate with Toolmakers, Setup, or other personnel to resume production at expected levels. Support the Die and Tooling Preventative Maintenance Programs, ensuring that stamping dies and equipment are maintained as necessary. Work with Warehouse personnel to ensure that stamping material, packaging, and other supplies are in place to maintain efficient stamping operations. Determine accurate part counts per shift for production reporting. Communicate information regarding completed jobs per shift to appropriate personnel. As directed, carry out training specific to each part, part family, or customer requirements. Ensure that Stamping Press Operators are adequately trained prior to operating presses independently; Ensure that training is documented; Support Horizon's Certified Operator and Certified Setup programs. Ensure a proper skill polyvalence to run production Schedule personnel and job assignments to meet shift production requirements. Responsible for performance management and completion of all job responsibilities of direct reports. Oversee shop floor 5S to maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with company policy. Responsible for facility opening and/or closing and for the smooth transition between shifts. Follow and enforce all safety procedures in line with company policy including the use of Personal Protective Equipment. Comply with all company quality, environmental, and health and safety requirements. Qualifications:

No relocation is available for this position. Candidates must reside within 50 miles of Carol Stream, IL to be considered. Active Duty Military are exempt from this geographical limitation. Preferred Qualifications:
