• Supervise and lead a team of 20 electro/mechanical assemblers in a production environment
• Leverage data-driven insights to manage metrics, KPIs, lean initiatives, safety compliance, quality standards, and on-time delivery performance
• Maintain a strong floor presence to mentor, coach, train, and develop hourly team members Key Requirements
• 1+ years of experience preferably in manufacturing, ideally within metal product fabrication
• Strong analytical and data skills with the ability to implement and drive production metrics
