•FREEZERBARDEPARTMENT
will supervise employees to maximize safety, quality, and productivity. Key responsibilities include daily production scheduling, lot control, inventory accuracy, reporting, sanitation, housekeeping, and adherence to standard operating procedures. Assures correct preparation of powder (order, weight-outs, etc.). Shared responsibility for new methods e.g. 5 S, standardized work, methods improvements, and computerized weigh-out system. 2ndShift Scheduled Work Hours:
2:00pm to 11:30pm Monday•Saturdays, with OT as needed Overtime, which includes Saturdays, will be required as scheduled based upon individual job responsibilities and the needs of the department.QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or lead experience in the food or beverage manufacturing industry required. A college degree is preferred. Proven leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate employees.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Lead by example, professionally, morally, and ethically. Highly organized, methodical, disciplined, and detail-oriented. Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge. Knowledge and experience with GMP and safety regulations. Good verbal & written communication skills are required. Basic computer skills within programs such as Microsoft Office and the internet are required. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is required.BENEFITS AND SALARY
Jel Sert Company is committed to pay transparency and will provide further compensation information during the interview process. The minimum compensation for the 2nd shift Production Supervisor is $29.37 per hour. Due to this being a 2nd shift opportunity, the shift differential to be paid for all time worked on 2nd shift is an additional $0.50 per hour. Compensation is determined by a candidate's experience, education, skills, training, and the internal equity within our organization. Actual compensation to be paid will be determined upon an offer.
