1st Shift Bilingual Production Supervisor

Job Title:

Production Supervisor paying between 80K-100K!! (1st & 2nd Shift) Job Description As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee daily extrusion operations, including startup, changeovers, and shutdown procedures. Your role is pivotal in executing production schedules to meet customer demand and ensure timely delivery. You will monitor extrusion lines for efficiency and coordinate with scheduling, maintenance, and quality departments to maintain optimal production flow. Responsibilities Supervise daily extrusion operations including startup, changeovers, and shutdown procedures. Ensure production schedules are executed to meet customer demand and on-time delivery. Monitor extrusion lines for efficiency, throughput, and downtime. Coordinate with scheduling, maintenance, and quality departments to maintain optimal production flow. Troubleshoot production issues including process instability, material problems, or equipment performance. Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, and scrap reduction. Ensure all products meet customer specifications and quality standards. Train, coach, and develop employees to improve skill levels and performance. Conduct shift meetings to communicate production goals, safety topics, and operational updates. Conduct annual performance reviews, attendance management, and disciplinary actions as needed. Ensure proper documentation of quality checks and production data. Maintain compliance with OSHA and internal safety standards. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in plastics (injection or extrusion preferred) Bi-lingual capabilities Experience with manufacturing ERP or production tracking systems Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
