Qualifications and Skills 5 years of supervisory experience Understanding of sheet metal fabrication, TIG welding, and machining and industrial equipment Ability to read and interpret blue prints Capable of coordinating work and priorities in order to meet established dead lines Willingness to be a working team member when needed Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced environment Highly motivated Basic computer skills Committed to working mandatory overtime Successful completion of a welding test using thin gauge material Experience with conveyors and food processing equipment or other metal fabricating familiarity will position candidate higher for consideration Benefits Competitive wages Health and dental insurance 401K Paid time off
