Full Job Description Salary Range:
$75,000•84,000 annually (pending experience)
Hours:

Effectively mentor, coach, and oversee the work of the team to meet safety, operational, and quality needs. Collaborate effectively with other organizational areas including, but not limited to, Quality, Safety, Customer Service, Sales, Finance, Maintenance and Product Development departments Ability to determine needs, solve problems and effectively report on issues Assist in ensuring inventory and staffing levels meet demand All other duties as assigned. Qualifications, Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree preferred 3+ years of printing experience, flexo preferred 2+ years of leadership experience. Ability to perform problem analysis, mechanical troubleshooting, conflict resolution, and production planning. Experience with Microsoft Office. Experience with CERM or other ERP system preferred. Safety shoes and vision protection are required. Hearing protection required in designated areas. This role operates in a manufacturing environment that requires frequent exposure to non-toxic/nuisance smells from chemicals, airborne dust, moving mechanical parts, high noise levels and hot/humid environmental conditions in the manufacturing area.
