This leadership role is essential to maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency across the department.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise all personnel and departmental operations Ensure compliance with safety, quality, housekeeping, and ISO procedures Maintain thorough knowledge of equipment and processes Train, evaluate, and develop team members Enforce company policies, rules, and procedures Communicate plant status to incoming shift Supervisor and Area Manager Troubleshoot operational issues and perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years' supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment Experience in a unionized setting is preferred, but not required Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Additional Information:
Shift:
2nd (2:45 pm - 11:00 pm) or 3rd (10:45 pm - 7:00 am) Average shift length: 8.5 -9 hours This employer is an Equal Opportunity Employer and maintains a drug-free workplace
