Salary:

FUCHS offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience in a similar position. The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000 per year, but actual salary will vary depending upon a new hire's experience and qualifications as well as internal equity.

Your Responsibilities:

As the 2nd shift Production Supervisor at our Lubrodal plant, you will report to the Operations Manager and play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations. This role is integral to ensuring our plant meets its Safety, Environmental, Quality, and Efficiency goals through best practices and effective leadership.

Your key responsibilities include:

Ensure compliance with Company Safety & Environmental Policies, housekeeping/6S programs, and SOPs/Quality requirements. Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly activities, including scheduling overtime and weekend coverage for Production Leads and Operators. Assist in scheduling production orders and ensure adherence to production schedules. Act as the main shift contact for batch progress updates across business areas. Conduct employee safety, communication, and pre-shift meetings. Audit plant processes and correct SAP movements, focusing on completed process orders. Work closely with the laboratory to maximize efficiency and resolve issues. Oversee basic maintenance of equipment and facilities in collaboration with maintenance teams, process engineers, and the Operations Manager.

Leadership Responsibilities:

2nd shift (3 PM - 11:30 PM) Directly supervise a team of 4-6 employees.

Qualifications We Are Looking For:

College degree in a technical or business field (Chemistry, Engineering, Operations, etc.) is strongly desired. 5+ years' experience in a batch manufacturing environment. 3+ years' experience in a supervisory or leadership role. Promotes a harassment-free environment. Establishes and maintains effective working relationships; demonstrates a commitment to teamwork. ERP system experience required (SAP preferred). Experience with

ISO/TS/IATF

standards desired. Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and 6S experience desired.
