Pepsi MidAmerica is seeking an Overnight Production Foreman to lead production operations at our Marion, Illinois facility. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead and develop production employees while fostering a positive, team-oriented culture Drive production efficiency, product quality, and operational excellence Monitor production performance and identify opportunities for improvement Support and coach employees to maximize productivity and success Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions Coordinate equipment maintenance and training initiatives Ensure compliance with all safety policies and company standards Complete production, efficiency, and downtime reporting Partner with Maintenance, Shipping, and Receiving teams to support plant operations Serve as a key leader in achieving departmental and company goals
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
High School Diploma or GED required Previous supervisory, leadership, or team lead experience preferred Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or operations experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to motivate teams and drive performance Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement Must reside in or near Marion, Illinois
