Kitchen Production Supervisor

Kitchen Production Supervisor - Join a Fast-Paced Production Team Are you someone who naturally takes charge, keeps operations moving, and thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Kitchen Production Supervisor to lead daily production activities, support team performance, and help keep operations running smoothly and efficiently. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can balance urgency, organization, quality, and teamwork while maintaining a strong focus on safety and production goals. You will work in a cold environment warehouse.

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead and support daily kitchen production operations Conduct team roll calls and pre-shift inspections Monitor production flow to ensure schedules and goals are met Verify ingredients, raw materials, and batch documentation Ensure recipes, quality standards, and food safety procedures are followed Perform quality checks including weights and metal detector verification Oversee SKU changeovers and sanitation procedures Support a clean, safe, and organized work environment Motivate team members and help maintain productivity throughout the shift

What We're Looking For:

Previous leadership or supervisory experience in production, manufacturing, or food environments

STRONGLY

preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
