Position Summary:

In this working supervisor role, you will:

• Manage set-up, processing, color changes, and troubleshooting for Husky, Toyo, Arburg, Sumitomo, and other molding machines.
• Train and support team members in proper material handling techniques.
• Keep equipment running efficiently to meet production goals.
• Support the quality assurance department with additional checks and measurements.
• Schedule staffing coverage and coordinate training for new hires.
• Provide excellent leadership by resolving issues, improving processes, and supporting your team.

Professional Profile:

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on injection molding experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and proven supervisory skills. Expertise in quality control, material handling equipment, and automation is preferred. There is also a component of mentorship and career development for your team members.
