Job Description:
About the Role This role is responsible for overseeing daily production operations, driving process improvements, and leading a team within a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role ensures safety, quality, throughput, and efficiency targets are consistently met while supporting the scaling of advanced energy storage technologies. Key Responsibilities Operations & Production Leaders Lead and coordinate daily manufacturing activities for production lines. Ensure adherence to production schedules while meeting output, yield, and cycle time targets. Oversee daily production activities and assign tasks to team members. Monitor line performance to meet production targets and minimize downtime. Ensure adherence to manufacturing procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards. Conduct visual inspections and verify product specifications before packaging or shipment. Train new employees on equipment operation, safety, and standard work processes. Communicate production updates, issues, and improvement suggestions to supervisors. Support continuous improvement initiatives and report equipment or process concerns. Maintain accurate production records and assist with shift handoff documentation. Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment. Serve as a role model for attendance, performance, and compliance with company polic ies. Safety & Compliance Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and environmental regulati ons.

Lead safety audits, incident investigations, and risk assessments. Promote a zero-incident workplace culture. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 2-3 years of manufacturing or production experience. Prior leadership or team lead experience preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with production equipment. Commitment to safety, quality, and continuously improvement.
