The production supervisor will ensure efficient production, maintain quality standards, and lead a team to meet safety, production, and operational goals.
Shift Hours:
3rd: Monday through Friday, most Saturday's, 11:00pm-7:00am
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, & Requirements:
Supervise and coordinate daily blow molding and injection molding production activities. Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality and efficiency. Train, lead, and develop production team members. Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies. Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to maintain optimal machine performance and product quality. Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation. Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
Qualifications:
3+ years Production Supervising experience Hands-on, practical experience with blow molding of rigid plastic containers, is a plus but not required Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Knowledge of safety and quality standards in a manufacturing environment. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
