Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic 3rd Shift Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing team during the evening hours. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily production operations, ensure safety and quality standards are met, and motivate your team to achieve operational excellence. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement initiatives, foster a collaborative work environment, and uphold the integrity of our manufacturing processes. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff on the 3rd shift to meet daily output goals Ensure all safety protocols are followed rigorously, promoting a safe working environment for all team members Oversee assembly line operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to quality standards Utilize mechanical knowledge and hand tools to troubleshoot equipment issues promptly and minimize downtime Operate forklifts and power tools as needed to support material handling and assembly tasks Conduct regular inspections of machinery and work areas to maintain factory cleanliness and safety compliance Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members to foster skill development and engagement Requirements Proven experience working in a manufacturing facility or factory environment with hands-on assembly line exposure Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity using hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and warehouse equipment Prior warehouse experience is highly desirable, especially in material handling or inventory management Ability to lead a team effectively, motivate staff, and communicate clearly across shifts Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices within a manufacturing setting Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues quickly and efficiently Join us as a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor where your leadership fuels our manufacturing success!
